  • medium mixing bowl
  • rubber spatula

  • 1 ready-to-bake frozen pie crust
  • 16 oz. fresh strawberries hulled & sliced
  • 13.5 oz. container of strawberry glaze
  • 8 oz. container of whipped cream topping

  • Bake the pie shell according to package instructions. Set aside to let cool.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the sliced strawberries and strawberry glaze until well combined. If the strawberries taste a little tart, feel free to sprinkle a little sugar over the sliced strawberries before you mix with the glaze.
  • Pour strawberry mixture into baked pie shell.
  • Spread whipped cream over top of pie. Use as much, or as little, whipped cream topping as you like.
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!

For the pie crust you can use any ready-to-bake pie crust found in your grocer’s refrigerator or freezer section, or you can use a graham cracker ready crust found in your grocer’s baking aisle. You can certainly make your own homemade pie crust from scratch but the ready-to-bake pie crusts are just so convenient and time-saving.
